DESCRIPTION:The Anacortes Masonic Lodge invites the public to join their annual Memorial Day commemoration—the Vacant Chair Ceremony\, on Monday May 25\, 2026 at Causland Park beginning at 11:00 am. \nThis brief and dignified wreath-laying ceremony was inaugurated shortly after the Civil War and has continued since that time to honor those who have given their lives in service of our country. \nAfter the ceremony\, Fidalgo Lodge #77 F.&A.M. will offer light refreshments and an open-house tour of the Lodge at 1019 8th St. until 1pm. \nFidalgo Lodge #77 was established in Anacortes in 1891 and continues to provide a myriad of benefits to the community.
